6: Digital Products
Digital products, including guides, programs, downloads, templates, resources, and educational materials, are delivered electronically.
All digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, upload, reproduce, or modify our digital products without written permission from Tulle & Terrace Beauty.
Because digital products are delivered immediately, all digital product sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges, except as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
7: Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, suspicious, or placed in violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.
8: Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
9: Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on processing times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has shipped, Tulle & Terrace Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
10: Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of skincare, beauty tools, and digital products, certain items are final sale. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.
11: In-Studio Services
Appointments and services at Tulle & Terrace Skin Co. are booked through our online booking system and are subject to the booking, cancellation, and studio policies provided at the time of booking.
12: Virtual Skin Consultations
The Virtual Skin Consultation includes a personalized video review, a Custom Skin Plan (PDF), a one-time product credit, and access to Client Access products. Deliverables are sent by email within 3 business days of receiving a completed intake form and all required photos.
Consultations are esthetic and educational. They are not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for care from a licensed medical provider. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant or nursing, or use prescription treatments, consult your physician before starting any new routine.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your intake. Recommendations are based on the information you share.
Because each consultation is personalized, consultations are non-refundable once your intake form has been submitted. If you have not submitted your intake, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Each consultation includes a single-use $50 product credit code, valid for 30 days on orders of $75 or more. Product credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other discounts.
13: Client Access
Certain professional-grade products are available only to consultation clients through Client Access. Access is tied to the email address used at purchase, is personal, and may not be shared. We may limit or remove access if these Terms are misused. Professional products are recommended for use as directed in your Custom Skin Plan.
14: Account Information
Some features of our website may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
15: Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, product names, digital products, downloads, logos, branding, videos, blog posts, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Tulle & Terrace Skin Co. LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, display, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

This section does not apply to photos, health information, or other details submitted through a virtual consultation intake. Those materials are kept private and used only to prepare your consultation, and are never published or shared without your separate written permission.
